high quality entertainment. Located in Dallas, Cincinnati, Atlanta and Tokyo Japan the company will become highly profitable
through the sale of pre-Recorded music product Compact Discs / DVD, Internet Music Downloads, and
iWare CD Technology, and
also revenues generated from additional profit centers.
D-Town Records will own and control the masters (master copies),
copyrights and licenses of its product, which will enable
D-Town Records to create immediate revenue streams while growing its

label is flexible to the constant shifts in pop culture. We provide the necessary financial, professional, and directional support for
our artists and new talent we find in the Rap, R&B, Hip-Hop and Pop Music Industry.  Artists’ need that support to help them get

D-Town Records Chairman and CEO Nate Edwards, has created, a Producer and

surpassed the "Gold" (500,000) and "Platinum" (1,000,000) sales levels and earned industry recognition through A Grammy and

Universal City, CA:  September 24, 2009 — EIEG/D-TOWN RECORDS (“D-Town Records”), the newly-created independent music
label and Entertainment Company, has forged an exclusive U.S. and Worldwide distribution agreement for label with BUNGALO
AND UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP.  BUNGALO AND UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP will also pursue synchronization and licensing deals for
Eieg/D-Town Records releases.
Eieg/D-Town Records is unique from other emerging independent record and consumer entertainment companies.

we focused on branding the company. They have focused on the local community as well as the new power of the internet to
make it easy for the public to find them, with the strategic branding that they have implemented they have experienced 48%
(percent) growth in 2006, 2007 and 2008, 2009 numbers are not available at this time. In the mist of one of the worst economies
