through the sale of pre-Recorded music product Compact Discs / DVD, Internet Music Downloads, and iWare CD Technology,
and also revenues generated from additional profit centers. D-Town Records will own and control the masters (master copies),
copyrights and licenses of its product, which will enable D-Town Records to create immediate revenue streams while growing

label is flexible to the constant shifts in pop culture. We provide the necessary financial, professional, and directional support

the normal distribution and in the digital world. D-Town Records Chairman and CEO Nate Edwards, has created, a Producer and
Artist Force that have produced and marketed over 50,000,000 albums throughout his/her career. These albums have
generated millions in revenue for such companies as Solar Records, Sony Records and LaFace Records. A variety of these
projects have surpassed the "Gold" (500,000) and "Platinum" (1,000,000) sales levels and earned industry recognition through

D-Town Records maintains strong affiliations in the music industry through relationships with industry legends such as Marian
Records CEO Ian D'Souza, Bad Boy South, Block Entertainment, DaReal Home Team, The GTE Group and Bootzilla Production
(Bootsy Collins) and has been offered national distribution with Marian Distribution Company (a distribution arm of Sony). This
provides D-Town Records the opportunity to generate revenue from the world's largest music markets.
D-Town Records will distinguish itself from other independent D-Town Records companies through its marketing and

D-Town Records is truly an international company with the Tokyo office opening in 2007. The Tokyo office in ran by CEO Nate
Edwards brother Morton (Sputt) Smith. Morton Smith left Cincinnati, Ohio in 1980 to tour Japan with a number of bands. The
Grammy Award winning group The Deele also have a strong fan base in Japan. He has lived in Tokyo for 28 years and well
connected in the Asian music market. Mike Griffie, whom toured in Japan with Morton Smith Is running the Cincinnati office to
maximize the Midwest exposure.
